We recommend bringing the following items:

• Two towels are essential! (one to sit on in the sauna, the other to dry with later)

• Non-glass water bottles (filtered water available onsite)

• A change of warm clothes and your bathing suit

• Flip-Flops or waterproof sandals

• Alcohol

• Drugs

• Food/Drinks (non-glass water bottles are okay!)

• Expensive personal items

• Aromatherapy

• Music

Yes, unless you are booking a private session you will be in a shared non-gendered space.

Following science and tradition we recommend:

·        Arrive at Setri Nordic Spa on time!!!

·        Change and store your items in the cubbies provided

·        Head into the sauna for 5-15 min (max 15 min)

·        Head to the cold plunge area for 30sec - 3min

·        Head into the outdoor lounge area to allow the body to warm on it’s own for maximum benefit for 1-3 min.

·        Repeat the cycle 3 times

·        Be brave. End on the cold! :D

Regular Sessions are 90 minutes.

Early Bird Sessions are 60 minutes.

If you are looking for a longer session time feel free to book two sessions back to back!

When you book a shared or private session, you have access to the following amenities:

·        Traditional Finnish cedar sauna

·        2 cold plunge tubs

·        Cold shower

·        Cold splash bucket

·        Change rooms

·        Composting toilet

·        Water refill station

·        Outdoor lounge area (with heater)

·        Cubbies for your belongings

Setri Nordic Spa is an alcohol free facility. Complementary filtered water is available onsite. Keeping you hydrated is important to us!

Yes! There is ample parking at the site. One of us will be here to direct you when you arrive.

Yes. There is fully equipped washroom (toilet and sink) onsite. Cold showers only! ;)

Cedar saunas are naturally very sanitary. A temperature above 85 degrees kills bacteria in the sauna, and we bring the sauna up to this temperature between guests.

All of the sauna cleaning products are 100% biodegradable and are used between guest sessions. We ask that guests bring a towel to sit on to keep the sauna clean for other guests.

The changing, warming area, and touch point areas are all sanitized after every group.

Changes to reservations or cancellations can be made up to 24 hours prior to the booking time for community sessions and 48-hours prior for private sessions for full refund. Please use the cancelation link in your confirmation email to cancel your booking. No-shows will be charged the full amount of their booking.

No. Outside food and drinks (other than non-glass water bottles) are not allowed on the premises.

Yes, but you must be accompanied by an adult.

We advise anyone who is pregnant or has an existing medical condition to seek advice from their medical practitioner about the safety of using hot and cold therapy before booking.

No, your gift card/pass does not have an expiry date.
