We LOVE contrast hot & cold therapy. Being in both the sauna and learning how to steady our minds and nervous systems in cold water was amazing for us! Isla is definitely enjoying her time in the Nordic Spa! We've been enjoying her too. Having great chats while we sauna and cold plunge together. She's dug down into her studies and too many activities to count. If she's around you'll get a big smile and a wave!
